Sarah and Alex smilied all the way through their big day When Sarah and Alex booked me to photograph their wedding at Clough Manor I was excited as as a Lancashire Wedding Photographer it is a local venue was really wanted to visit.

I met the couple after they came to see me at a wedding fair in Manchester and as Sarah had a love of horses (as do I) and lived in the same town I knew we were going to get on well. We had a lovely evening strolling around Hollingworth Lake in Rochdale with their puppy for their pre wedding shoot and I was looking forward to their big day.
Sarah and the girls got ready at her mum and dads home where there was lots of giggling and a nice exciting mood. After getting her dress on and having a moment with her dad it was time to head the short journey over the hill to Clough Manor in Saddleworth. Sarah was a good sport and didn’t mind the rain as she dashed inside before the lovely ceremony. Alex and Sarah had a beautiful day with their family and friends and were just beaming all day long. The rain cleared and we made the most of some beautiful evening sunshine to get some nice romantic photographs of the couple with the gorgeous Saddleworth countryside as the backdrop.
Everyone made me feel so welcome and it was a really happy day.
