Liverpool pre wedding photography

A few weeks ago I spent a lovely, if not rather soggy afternoon in Liverpool for Chelsea and Roys pre wedding shoot. As a Lancashire wedding photographer who moved up north! from sunny Hertfordshire for University in Manchester 17 years ago it is a little crazy I have only been to Liverpool once.

I was excited to spend the afternoon exploring the city with Roy and Chelsea and even the torential down pour couldn’t dampen the mood. We started off at St Georges Hall, which with all its pillars made a great backdrop for some photos. We then strolled through the city towards Liverpool’s iconic Liver Building. The plan was to get some daylight and early evening shots as these two love the Liver Building when it is lit up at night. We warmed up with a coffee and chatted about their wedding day in a few weeks then headed back out. Thanks for being such great sports and as you can see a little bit of rain (or even a lot) will not stop us getting you some nice photos, it just adds to the fun of the day!
