One of the Lovely things about being a Wedding Photographer is that you get to travel all over the country capturing peoples wedding day at lots of beautiful venues. Lancashire has lots of beautiful places for your wedding day and it was nice to be asked to do the Rochdale wedding photography at Helen and Martins wedding just up the road from home. They got married at Rochdale Registry Office followed by a meal at the Pavillion at Birtle for close family and friends.
Helen got in touch about her wedding just a few weeks before her big day as her and future husband Martin had decided to tie the knott before they went away on holiday to celebrate a special birthday. It was nice that I could join them at Rochdale Registry Office, situted inside the majastic town hall building. Family and friends, along with their two children joined them for the ceremony which had parents in tears. After a few formal pictures here we headed to the beautiful Pavillion Bistro set in the Hamlet of Birtle just outside Rochdale. Helen loved the colours at this time of year so it was luck that the trees by the lake at the back of the Pavillion looked just stunning and made a perfect backdrop from their photographs. It was really nice to photograph a local wedding and I hope you enjoy this small selection of Rochdale wedding photography from their special day. If you are planning a Rochdale wedding please get in touch here as I would love to chat to you xx
